I’m a husband of 27 yrs, a father of five and believer that people are at their best when they feel safe. Our professional lives constantly take us away from the people we love, but that doesn’t mean we can’t find caring and connection at work. The majority of our waking hours M-F are spent in the company of coworkers and business partners, so contentment in our jobs is determined by those interactions. If we practice the ABC’s of a thoughtful business approach (Always Be Considerate) then perhaps together, we’ll find that perfect balance in life and career.
